Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the bagging automation sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding bagging automation products, including machine specifications, capabilities, and benefits.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and advantages of our solutions.
Proposal Generation: Prepare detailed proposals and quotations, tailoring solutions to meet specific client requirements.
Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, production, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Instrumentation/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering.
Experience: 3 to 4 years of sales engineering experience, specifically in bagging automation machines or similar products.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of automation technologies, packaging processes, and machinery operation.
Communication: Good command over English and Excellent communication skills.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot customer issues effectively.

Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Commissioning: Perform on-site installation, testing, commissioning, calibration, and system integration of bagging and packaging machinery as per technical specifications.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and automation-related issues. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure reliable machine performance.
Customer Support & Training: Provide technical support to customers, train operating and maintenance personnel on machine operation and safety procedures, and guide customers on best practices for machine performance.
Service & Project Coordination: Work closely with engineering, projects, production, and service teams to ensure smooth installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and completion of customer projects.
Technical Documentation: Prepare service reports, commissioning checklists, trial reports, maintenance records, and documentation related to modifications and spare parts usage.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all installation, commissioning, and service activities comply with company safety guidelines, customer site requirements, and applicable industry standards.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain professional relationships with customers by responding to technical concerns, providing timely solutions, and ensuring effective service support.

Qualifications:

Education: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 0 to 2 year of experience in machine installation, commissioning, servicing, or maintenance. Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.
Technical Expertise: Basic understanding of PLCs, electrical circuits, mechanical systems, pneumatic and hydraulic components, and industrial automation.
Technical Skills: Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and understand machine operating principles.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with an ability to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.
Communication: Good communication and customer-handling skills with a professional approach towards customer interactions.
Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with engineering, production, projects, and service teams.

Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across India and internationally for machine installation, commissioning, customer service, troubleshooting, project discussions, and technical support.
