Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation & Commissioning

  • Perform on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of bagging machines.
  • Ensure proper machine setup, calibration, and system integration as per specifications.
  • Conduct functional tests and trial runs to verify machine performance.

2. Troubleshooting & Maintenance

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on bagging machines.
  • Provide remote and on-site technical support for breakdowns and repairs.

3. Customer Support & Training

  • Train customer personnel on machine operation, safety protocols, and maintenance procedures.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices to optimize machine performance.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing concerns and providing solutions.

4. Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare detailed service reports, commissioning checklists, and test results.
  • Document modifications, spare parts usage, and service activities.
  • Provide feedback to the design and production teams for continuous product improvement.

5. Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure all work adheres to company safety guidelines and industry standards.
  • Follow site-specific safety protocols while working at customer locations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation / Mechatronics / Mechanical engineering.
  • Experience: 0-1 years in machine installation, commissioning, or servicing.

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of PLCs, electrical circuits, and mechanical systems.
  • Awareness of pneumatic and hydraulic components.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for site visits.

Additional Requirement:

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Flexible work schedule based on project and customer requirements and willing to traveling pan India and International Travel.
  • Valid passport (if international travel is required)

Key Responsibilities:

  • – Manage projects ensuring adherence to global standards and effective communication across diverse teams.
  • – Lead the Design and development of mechanical components and systems, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
  • – Create and manage detailed 2D and 3D drawings using advanced CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks and AutoCAD,). detail engineering and drawings for products and Layouts also.
  • – Product BOM management and SAP/ERP data management.
  • – Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles and perform tolerance stack-up analysis to ensure precision, manufacturability, and to identify and address potential issues in assembly and functionality with verification of calculations.
  • – Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, and quality assurance, to drive successful product development and launch.
  • – Prepare and present comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, BOM and project presentations.
  • – Mentor junior engineers, offering guidance on best practices, complex design challenges, and lean methodologies.
  • – Ability to do hand calculations for products like Conveyors & Structures.

Requirements:

  • – Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • – 3-4 years of experience in mechanical design, with a focus on Bagging Machines, Special Purpose Machines (SPM) and Material Handling equipment.
  • – Proficiency in CAD software like SolidWorks and AutoCAD
  • – Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes. Have a good understanding and knowledge of standards/code selections like ASME, DIN etc.
  • – Proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
  • – Ability to work independently and effectively work on design projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • – Strong communication skills with proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English, and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • – Self-disciplined and committed to adhering to company policies and procedures.

  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and advantages of our solutions.
  • Proposal Generation: Prepare detailed proposals and quotations, tailoring solutions to meet specific client requirements.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, production, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Instrumentation/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Experience: 5 to 6 years of sales engineering experience, specifically in bagging automation machines or similar products.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of automation technologies, packaging processes, and machinery operation.
  • Communication: Good command over English and Excellent communication skills.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot customer issues effectively.

Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
