P SERIES : THROUGH ROW PUSHING
Bags are oriented and formed by the clamp system and built in a row which is then pushed to form a layer. Each layer is squared and pressed in order to create a stable load.
Suitable for capacity from 500 and up to 2500 bags/hour.

G SERIES : THROUGH BAG HANDLING
Bags are handled one by one by a gripper and places the bag onto the stripper plates, overlapping them if necessary. Upon completion, the layer is then squared and discharged on the top of the pallet and pressed in order to create stability.

Robotic Palletiser

Robotic Palletizer is suitable for medium capacity, or in circumstances where the robot is required to receive bags of several lines at once, or to compile several pallets simultaneously.

By means of the control panel, up to 200 different pallet formats can be programmed that are stored in memory to be called when needed. The generation program for layers of each pallet is provided with each palletising robot and allows the user to create new formats.

The pincers for handling bags are specially designed to be manually adjusted depending on the bag size. Equipped with side guides to maintain the bag's position at all times, as well as to guide the bag vertically when it is deposited over the layer, providing utmost level of precision to the bag’s position.

All movements of the pincer are synchronized with the robot arm movement with the bag remaining clamped at all times, preventing lateral movement.
